School Hours/ Terms:

- The school's half day is from 07h00 to 13h00 and full day is from 07h00- 17h30 
- There is a late charge of R10-00 for every five minutes that you are late to collect your child, commencing after the first five minutes.
- The school remains open right throughout the year and closes for Easter and ten working days in December. NB: Full school fees are still due for this period, your child's space will not be held if full payment is not paid. Fees can be paid as an extra during the year.

School Fees:
- The school fees are payable in full, even if your child happens to be on holiday or ill.
- The school requires one-month calendar notice should your child be leaving the school. If this is not provided, you will be expected to pay for the following month.

What the school required you to supply:
1. Please supply a suitcase/bag for your child.
2. Keep a change of clothing in your child's suitcase at all times in case of a mishap.
3. Please mark all clothing as well as lunch boxes etc we will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
4. Please supply a box of tissues and a kitchen roller towel per month.
5. If your child is with us full day please supply a blanket and pillow for their daily sleep. These must be taken home at regular intervals for washing.
6. If your child is not yet potty trained please supply disposable nappies and one packet of wet wipes. For babies of 4 months parent must please supply a mattress for the cot this is for hygiene purposes and clean bedding must be supplied.
7. The children have a mid morning snack, please supply something small and healthy.
8. Please supply a sun hat and lotion for hot days.

What the school offers:
1. The school supplies tea and sandwich in the morning and afternoon. We do not supply breakfast.
2. All children have a fully cooked meal at lunchtime: there is a menu board in the outside passage area.
3. Full day children have a sleep after lunch. Please do not fetch your child between 1:00 - 2:30 pm.
4. Full day Children have tea and a sandwich in the afternoon.
5. We have puppet shows and various entertainment at the school during the year.
6. A music teacher comes to the school once a week to teach various songs for the end of the year concert.
7. The teachers are experienced, qualified ladies who teach, love and educate the children during the day. All the children have stationery and educational toys to use in the classrooms.
8. There is a Christmas party at the end of the year.
9. Extra mural activities: Dance Mouse, Play-ball, Swimming, Soccerstarz, Tumbling Tigerz and Little Readers, if you are interested please inquire at the office.
10. Teachers start teaching their classes at 8:30 am, so please be on time, as they need to settle their classes.
11. Please phone if you are running late or if your child is at home sick.
12. No toys are allowed to be brought to school.
